Marketing Intern

Always On HVAC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of marketing within the HVAC industry. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute strategies that promote our brand, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth.

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Assist in the development of content for marketing materials, such as website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data analytics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and exploring new ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous marketing experience or coursework is a plus, but not required.

Salary: $18.31 – $22.05 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
